We have put a contact form in place to allow you to contact us easily. In such a case, you will be directed to submit the following personal data: last name, first name and e-mail address. If you wish you may also submit your telephone number, company name, mailing address and country.
These data will be used internally to respond to your message. We may also integrate your data into our customer relationship management (CRM) software, for reasons of management and development for the management and development of relationships with our clients, prospects and partners.
We use Odoo as our CRM software. We are contractually bound by Odoo by terms of service and a privacy policy in conformity with the conditions laid out by the GDPR. We take the greatest care when sharing your personal data with this service provider.
Your data will be conserved during the entire duration of our client relationship and discussions and during a maximum period of one year following the termination of said relationship.
The legal basis for this use is your consent as stipulated in article 6-1 of the GDPR. You have the possibility of withdrawing your consent at any moment by contacting us as indicated in the procedure below.
03. Obligatory Disclosure and Protection of Our Interests
Finally, please note that your personal information and data may be communicated to a third party, if our company is obligated by legal or regulatory action, by court order, or if we are obliged to engage in actions to protect our rights and defend our interests. By accepting our Privacy Policy, you recognize our right to such actions.
Right of Individuals and Procedure to Exercise Said Rights
You may access your personal data or request their deletion or correction. You also have the right to refuse consent, to limit the use of your personal data (consult your local regulatory authority for more information) to not be subjected to an automated individual decision and the right to portability.

If you feel, after contacting us, that your « Information Processing and Liberties » rights have not been respected, you may address a complaint to the administrative authority in charge of enforcing these rights in your country.
