Exensor Technology has, on behalf of Statoil, carried out an installation of a monitoring radar system to protect Statoil's oil refineries. The overall goal is to detect and track arriving ships, boats, and other vessels approaching Statoil's facility early.

The contract was awarded in fierce competition to the system integrator Exensor Technology AB.
As a subcontractor, Securify AB was responsible for delivering radar systems regarding hardware and software, system design and support in connection with integration with overall systems, and support in commissioning. The system has been in full operation and functions as expected were handed over to Statoil in May 2015.
